1.Route to After-sales Service: ‘Parcel” -Corresponding Order- “Apply for After-sales Service” When you apply for after-sales service, lease describe your problem in detail and upload photos of the packaging of the parcel as well as the products. OrientDig will process your application as soon as possible and reply with a solution (induding but not limited to refund, return, and exchange).
2.OrientDig have the right not to provide after-sales service for your parcel if the logistics updates shows your parcel has been received for over 7 days.
